Your Students Know the Skills - Now They Need to Use Them.

Even the best instruction can fall flat without meaningful application.

The 5CCL Activity Library helps students bridge the gap between isolated skills and real reading success through content-rich, high-interest activities designed to build knowledge, deepen understanding, and keep engagement high.

You've taught the skills. So why aren’t they showing up in “real reading.”

You followed the research. You delivered structured, explicit lessons just like you were supposed to. But some students still aren’t making the leap.

Here’s the truth: It’s not because you missed a step. It’s because students need guided practice applying those skills beyond your lessons across texts, subjects, and situations.

If we want skills to stick, we have to help students see how they show up in the real world.

Otherwise, all that incredible instruction? It starts to fade.

Your lessons deserve a lasting impact.

Here’s how the 5CCL Activity Library helps you make it happen.

Target Specific Skill Gaps

Access a wide range of activities and games that seamlessly pair with any curriculum, allowing you to target the literacy skills your students need.

Generalize Across Content Areas

Access high-interest and engaging content-based mini-units that help students develop background knowledge and apply their literacy skills across the subject areas.

Keep Students Engaged

Every month, you'll receive a new set of themed activities designed to keep learning fresh and exciting for both you and your students.

With the 5CCL Library, you’ll never have to worry about whether your instruction is making its biggest impact.

What people are saying…

You’ve done everything right. You delivered explicit, systematic instruction. And still - your student looks at you and says:

"...but the reading we do with you isn't real reading."

It stings, doesn’t it?

This isn’t because you did something wrong, but because even the best instruction needs a bridge to real-world application.

Without that bridge, skills stay stuck in the lesson.

They don’t transfer. They don’t last.

That’s exactly why we built the 5CCL Activity Library—to help your students connect the dots and carry their skills confidently into everything they read and write.
